One of my favorite go to places for Vietnamese food. This is their second location, the other is in South Sacramento. My favorite dishes are the spring rolls and bun thit nuong. It is located in a busy plaza so parking gets full quickly. They close at 8 PM so they don't accept sit down orders past 7:30. Pros: the food is fresh and flavorful. I love the sauce they have for the spring rolls. Service is always quick and they're good at checking up on you. Prices are affordable as well. Cons: I wish they stayed open past 8 PM.

When in Elk Grove or sac, must visit!!! Everything On the menu is delicious and we always over order. Togo is still delicious to enjoy at a later time This place is always crowded and their chili is spicy af. Prepare to leave with food coma and baboon lips from chili

Fast service and plenty of seating space make Quán Nem Ninh Hòa a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal. There are tons of food options to choose from. Banh Beo was very sticky and not smooth like what I'm used to. The nem nuong was delicious. Would come back to try the other dishes.

My first time visiting the other location we have in the Sacramento/EG area. A ton of parking accessible to the public and it's slightly bigger than the South Sac location. Food was up to par to their typical standards, but service was kind of slow. They were quick to seat us, but we had to flag a server down to take our order. Otherwise, still a solid spot for nem nuong cuon.

I had their clam with noodles, shrimp spring rolls, and bánh bèo, and every bite was nothing short of mouthwatering. The clam with noodles was packed with umami and had the perfect balance of savory broth and tender clams. The shrimp spring rolls were incredibly fresh, with crisp veggies and juicy shrimp wrapped in delicate rice paper. And the bánh bèo were soft, flavorful, and topped with just the right amount of crispy shallots and savory toppings.

Best spot for nem nuong spring rolls! I've been here so many times in my lifetime. The DIY spring rolls is always fun but I opted for the premade ones this time. The meat is always so savory and good. I also got the banh beo 10/10. They make them the best but you have to eat them while they're fresh and not for takeout. banh xeo is always good as well. I love how many veggies there are. This is always a good solid place!

This is the second location I've been to. It is less crowded, but the vibe isn't as great at the one on Stockton. It was more of a convenience, but I was craving for these rolls. Service was alright, even when there weren't anyone else in there. We did at one point thought they forgot about our Banh Beo because our House Special came out first. We were almost done and full, then it came out. Taste the same as Stockton, but the vibe makes it taste better. Writing about it makes me want some!

Love their banh beo and spring rolls. Their clam rice plate was slightly spicy but the lettuce and pickled veggies are a good palate cleanser. Restaurant was mostly full on a Friday night. They do have a 3.99% service fee with card, so bring cash.

Updated review as of 08/2024: Still like to come to this place whenever I'm in Sac. Their nem nuong cuon is still good as I remember. If you want to order a party tray of the cuon, it's $61 for 20 pieces. If you want it cut in half, extra $5 which I chose not to do. They also are able to sell the fried eggroll pieces at 40 cents a pop (uncooked or cooked). Customer service is average for an asian restaurant.
